POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our AI Innovations Stream. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI-driven features across our product portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions, leveraging your deep expertise in Microsoft .NET, Azure, and modern frontend technologies such as React. This position is ideal for an engineer who excels in solving complex technical challenges and is passionate about advancing AI in enterprise-grade software.

YOUR MISSION 

  • Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven features and services using Microsoft .NET, hosted in Microsoft Azure. Implement robust, scalable, and maintainable code that meets high-performance standards.
  • AI Integration: Lead the integration of Microsoft Azure OpenAI services into our products, ensuring robust, scalable, and efficient AI functionalities.
  • Enterprise-Grade SaaS Development: Utilize your experience in building enterprise-grade SaaS products to ensure our solutions meet the highest standards of scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Code Quality: Champion code quality, maintainability, and performance across the team. Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce best practices in software development.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and other engineers to understand business needs, design solutions, and deliver high-impact AI features.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay at the forefront of advancements in AI, cloud computing, and software engineering. Advocate for and implement innovative solutions that drive continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.
 

MUST HAVE 

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in software development, with deep expertise in Microsoft .NET (C#) and extensive experience with Microsoft Azure services.
  • Enterprise-Grade SaaS Experience: Proven track record of building and delivering enterprise-grade SaaS products, with a strong understanding of the challenges and best practices involved.
  • AI Experience: Proven experience in integrating AI services, preferably Microsoft Azure OpenAI, into enterprise-grade software solutions.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading technical teams, mentoring developers, and driving complex projects to successful completion.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to address complex technical challenges and devise innovative solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
 
NICE TO HAVE
  • Azure Expertise: Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including cloud hosting, storage, and AI services.
  • Agile Methodology: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • DevOps: Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, particularly in the Azure ecosystem.
  • Frontend Technologies: Exposure to frontend development using React and/or web components.
