YOUR MISSION
- You are responsible for the existing and new customers assigned to you in Germany
- You are familiar with working with partners and know what it takes to successfully close deals through partners and build long-term relationships with customers and partners
- Your tasks also include creating a sales plan for potential analyses and maintaining the CRM system
- You develop customised solutions and build a strategic partnership with customers and partners
- You know how to win over customers through targeted advice and planning for their sales success
- You are responsible for organising customer presentations and workshops and representing the company at trade fairs and events
- You will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to qualifying and processing sales projects and concluding contracts
MUST & NICE TO HAVES
- You have relevant experience in sales of IT and software solutions
- You are a motivated sales person with several years of experience in working with partners, who is used to building targeted and persistent customer relationships and closing deals confidently together with partners
- You have sound, practical experience in the application of sales methods such as MEDDIC, MEDDPICC or comparable methodologies
- Understanding problems and translating them into a portfolio of solutions is a particular strength of yours
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are results-orientated with the will to succeed, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
- You have a confident demeanour, healthy self-confidence, reliability, diligence, technical expertise and a high degree of self-motivation
- You have an analytical mind, a high level of commitment and constructive assertiveness
- You are a good listener and ask the right questions at the right time
- A willingness to work hard and flexibility in terms of time are a matter of course for you. You have a corresponding willingness to travel
- International customer contact or the exchange with your international colleagues is no challenge for you, as you have a very good command of German and English
- Experience in sales of IT Service Management (ITSM/ESM) and Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solutions
